- STEP 02 Quotation
- We provide quotation based on the consideration of the details of your request including your desired production period, cost, and quantity (lot). Since quotation may be based on approximate calculation depending on conditions presented by you, please note that the amount may be slightly changed as a result of subsequent meetings.
- STEP 03 Confirmation and ordering
- After confirming and accepting the content of the quotation, please place an order.
- STEP 04 Meeting to determine details
- We will have meetings to determine details on materials, drawings, specifications, quantities, and production period. Please openly tell us your request. After determining detailed specifications and receiving the order form, we start production work. You can use order forms prepared by us, so please feel free to contact us.
- STEP 05 Production of prototypes
- We produce metal prototypes according to the specification determined in the meeting. We will convey any issues or proposal found during production process to consult you.
- STEP 06 Shipment and delivery
- We pack and send completed prototypes. Depending of requests, our staff can make direct delivery.

Shisakuya, “Sanken Industry” handles prototype production by resin processing and resin surface processing . We can also respond to requests of processing using jigs independently developed, spiral (screw) and transparency (not polished) processing, optical molding, and cast molding employing special techniques. In addition, we have technical capability and equipment that meet production needs of various customers with the use of 13 machining centers for processing.
